The library board is composed of 9 members appointed by the Mayor of the City of De Soto.

The Library Board meets the second Monday of  each month at the library. 

Minutes and Financial reports are open to the public. 

Board meetings are open to the public.  Anyone desiring to address the board  is asked to call the library (586-3858),  explain what you want to talk about and  you will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
